At Gkart, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time. We offer reliable and timely shipping to ensure a seamless shopping experience across Tamil Nadu.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently serve most major cities and towns across Tamil Nadu. Please enter your PIN code during checkout to confirm serviceability.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery on orders above ₹499.
- A nominal delivery charge of ₹30–₹50 applies to orders below ₹499, based on location and order weight.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days.
- Same-day / Next-day delivery: Available for select locations and products. (Subject to cut-off time and product availability.)
Note: Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistical delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/email with the tracking link. You can also track your order status in the 'My Orders' section of the Gkart app or website.
5. Failed Deliveries
If our delivery executive is unable to reach you after two attempts, your order may be marked as undeliverable and returned. A refund will be processed (if prepaid), minus applicable charges.
6. Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted delivery services and local logistics providers to ensure safe and fast deliveries.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly. Gkart is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
